Real Estate Development Company is looking for a full-time RECEPTIONIST


Responsibilities include:

  • Full time position

  • Multilingual: English, Dutch, Papiamento and Spanish

  • Screening and directing all incoming calls

  • Prepare phone logs

  • Good computer skills Computer (MSN skills) and phone ethics

  • Tenant correspondence

  • Experience managing correspondence and follow up required

  • Receive, sort and deliver all incoming/outgoing mail and packages

  • Processing FedEx outgoing shipments

  • Order all office and kitchen supplies, replenish the kitchen; work with Office Manager on purchasing Schedule all office equipment servicing as needed

  • Scheduling, purchasing and logistics duties

  • Schedule appointments

  • Scanning invoices for accounting department

  • Filing, preparing labels, copying as needed. Responsible for keeping company filing in order Preparing documents as needed

  • Excellent communication and follow up skills required

  • Keep up to date with emails

  • Pick up lunch

Ideal candidate must:

  • Be well dressed and groom at all times

  • Be able to multi-task in a busy environment

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Have strong organizational and clerical skills

  • Have excellent follow-up skills

  • Have knowledge of basic QuickBooks

  • Have a minimum 5 years’ experience office administration Be organized and precise

  • Be accountable

  • Be a team Player
